Yankees Affiliates Triple A – RailRiders The RailRiders visited The Rochester Red Wings the Affiliate of the Washington Nationals, in the six games series the RailRiders lost the series 2-4, Jeter Downs was the top player of the week batting .429, 3 Runs Score, 4 RBI, 4 stolen bases, 2 HR, SF. With the series lost the Railriders improved to 40-29, second in the International League East, eliminated for the playoff in the first half. Other Top players of the week T.J. Rumfield 16 at bats 8 Hit, HR, 3 RBI, 4 Runs, 2B.

Y Gomez  9 1/3 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 6 BB, 10 K, W in 2 starts.

Double A – Somerset Somerset visited The Binghamton Rumble Ponies the affiliate of the New York Mets, in the six games series Somerset Split the series.  Agustin Ramirez was the top player of the week for the second week in a row batting .393, 5 Runs Score, 6 RBI, Homerun, stolen bases, HP, 3 2B

With the series split Somerset improved to 31-32, now fourth place in the East North of the Eastern League, three and half games behind first place. J.C. Escarra 26 at bats 10 Hits, HR, 3 Runs, 9 RBI, 3 BB, 3 2B. Jared Wegner 23 at bats 8 Hits, 2B, Runs, RBI. Elijah Dunham 16 at bats 5 Hits, 3 Runs, 4 RBI, HR, 2 2B, 2 BB.

High A – Hudson Hudson Valley hosted The Brooklyn Cyclones the affiliate of the New York Mets, in a 6 games series Hudson won the series 4-2.  Jared Serna was the top player of the week for the 3rd week in a row, batting .421, 2 Runs, 4 RBI, 2 2B, 4 Walks, 2 Stolen bases, HP.

With the series win Hudson Valley improved to 33-29, third place in the South Atlantic North of the South Atlantic League, three games behind first place. Jesus Rodriguez 13 at bats 5 Hits, 4 Runs, 4 RBI, 3B, SB.

Martin Garrett 20 at bats 7 Hits, 3 Runs, 2 RBI, 2 2B, 2 BB.

Low A – Tampa Tarpons Tarpons visited The Clearwater Threshers the affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies, in the six games series Tarpons lost the series 2-4.  Willy Montero was the top player of the week batting .348, 5 Runs, 4 RBI, 2 Homeruns, 3 2B, Stolen Base.

With the series lost the Tarpons improved to 23-40, sixth place in the FSL West of the Florida State League, seventeen and half games behind first place, eliminated for the playoff int he first half. George Lombard Jr. 24 at bats 7 Hits, Runs, 8 RBI, 2 BB, 2B, 3B, SB, SF. Emmanuel Tejada 18 at bats 5 Hits, 6 Runs, 2B, 2 BB, HP, 6 SB .
