NyynewsTV was created by Pete Simonetti in January of 2022. Pete had a vision to create a place for Yankees fans of all ages and backgrounds to come together to discuss their favorite team. Pete knew that Yankees fans deserved more voices than what the current mainstream media was delivering. He started to assemble a team, a team that would give fans what they wanted, Real-Talk! On January 1, 2022 NyynewsTV started its first year of Yankees coverage. The company grew at an extremely rapid rate thanks to its top-notch Podcast, Live Play-by-Play (GameSZN Live), and Entertaining news reporting.
In the Summer of 2023 Pete re-branded to NYY UNDERGROUND, as this name exemplifies who we are, The new “voice” of the Fans. We take pride in our community and to ensure they will always be heard.
